According to PDPL and related legislation; In order to provide customer support and solve problems, “the person concerned has been made public by himself” specified in Article 5(2)(d) of the PDPL and “provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” stated in Article 5(2)(f) of the PDPL from your personal data in the contact form, based on the legal grounds of “obligatory data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller”; Your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and message content are stored and processed in accordance with all administrative and technical measures in PDPL.

In accordance with Article 11 of the PDPL, your rights as a related person are as follows:

If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
Learning the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, at home or abroad,
To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete and/or incorrect processing and to notify the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDPL and other relevant laws, and requesting that the process carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Requesting the compensation of your damages in case you suffer damage due to the processing of your personal data in violation of the PDPL.
